He has to change a lot about himself, starting with his grudge, anger, respect, trust, and perhaps even fears. Your ex needs to earn your trust back for hurting you. The truth though, is that it’s the other way around. He made you think that you’re not worthy of his time and recognition and that you need to earn his trust back. You probably want your ex back more now that your ex has blocked you because your ex has affected the way you see yourself and what you want out of life.
